In various training seminars I led on systemic family therapy and anthroposophic biographical work, I observed that, thanks to regular meetings with the same participants, very special bonds of trust and mutual support emerged, extending beyond the courses themselves. In this way, a kind of "chosen social family" was created for everyday life.

These courses systematically analyze, over a prolonged period, specific patterns of relationship with:

• Mother

• Father

• Sibblings

• Partner

• Children

• Grandparents

• Working colleagues

In this way, dynamics, conflicts, and often deep wounds and attachment traumas come to light. We learn to recognize and understand the aftereffects of trauma, such as a dysregulated nervous system, survival and adaptation strategies, and compensatory mechanisms, both in ourselves and in others.

Both neurobiological research on attachment and systemic family therapy show us that the need for belonging and secure bonds is a human and evolutionary requirement.

The goal of these group seminars is to heal personal wounds, leave behind old attachment patterns, and develop new forms of interpersonal relationships based on trust.
