In a safe and supportive environment, our encounter creates a space for new awareness and new understandings.
We recognize and bring to light rigid belief patterns, as well as unconscious survival strategies. Early childhood attachment traumas, as well as deep wounds experienced throughout life, are carefully addressed. In this process, hidden family dynamics also emerge that can be addressed and integrated.
Together we uncover hidden strengths and resources to consciously and constructively improve or transform both life circumstances and relationships. Often, it involves learning, step by step, to consciously accept what is painful, transform it, and integrate it into daily life.
To support this therapeutic process, I apply different approaches, exercises, and trauma-sensitive practices from systemic therapy, anthroposophic psychotherapy, and trauma-sensitive support.
